Scheduling Policy
Mobile Appointments: We will service clients within 20 miles from our Marietta Office. Mobile services will incur an additional fee of $75.
After-Hours Appointments: After-hour (after 4 PM) and weekend (Friday & Saturday) appointments will incur an additional fee of $100. We are closed on Sundays.
Deposits: Payment in full is required to schedule and confirm an appointment with Mind, Body + Soul IV Hydration & Spa. If payment is not rendered prior to appointment, the appointment is subject to cancelation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, rescheduling requests or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requests or cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may utilize their deposit as a credit towards their next service. This credited amount must be used within a 90-day time period, or the deposit will be forfeited in total. ​
