Founded in 2020, Mind Body + Soul Hydration and Spa is dedicated to providing health-conscious individuals with the ultimate in hydration and rejuvenation in the comfort of their own homes.

In a world of uncertainty and chaos, we believe it is vital to take time out to clear your mind and replenish the body. IV hydration and vitamin supplementation provides direct hydration and nutrient supplementation.

Elaine M. Gibbs, RN/COO

Elaine M Gibbs is a God fearing mother of 4 children and a wife. She was drawn to being in the medical field as a child hoping that she would go to medical school. That trajectory changed when she had children at a young age. After which, Elaine chose to pursue a career in nursing because it was a more flexible option for her family. The first half of her life was spent as a server in high end steak houses where Elaine took advantage of her access to different types of food, people, and other cultural aspects of life.

Elaine’s healthcare career started as a nursing assistant within Wellstar. She then worked in critical care as a nursing assistant. While working in critical care, she realized this was where she belonged. Elaine graduated in 2014 with her LPN. As an LPN, she worked for three years as a research nurse and as a corrections nurse. In 2017, Elaine graduated from Chattahoochee Tech with an Associates degree in Nursing and thereafter began her career as a critical care Registered Nurse. In 2019, she decided to upgrade once more and completed her Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Columbus State University.

In 2018, Tamika & Elaine began working together as critical care nurses. Not long after, the Covid-19 pandemic took a strong hold on our world. The pandemic brought to the light just how unhealthy we are as a nation, predominantly in the minority community. A change needed to be made. Elaine began looking at other ways to educate and offer services to assist with making the journey of a living healthy easier. IV hydration and vitamin supplementation came to mind. After a conversation with Tamika Jones, the two realized they were on the same page, and the decision was made to move forward with the idea. On July 14, 2020, the name was coined and Mind Body + Soul Hydration and Spa was born. The journey to bring it to fruition has been daunting, but we at Mind Body + Soul Hydration and Spa are happy to serve our community.

Tamika A. Jones, NP/CEO

Tamika A Jones is a Nurse Practitioner and a transplant to Atlanta. She was born and raised in Central Florida and decided to move her family to the Atlanta area to look for better opportunities. In her youth, Tamika was involved in a severe car accident. The care Tamika received from her nurses helped her make the decision to pursue a career in nursing. However, it seemed God planned for her to take the long road. Tamika has held several positions during her nursing career. She became a Nursing Assistant in 2003. After 5 years as Nursing assistant and having two beautiful babies, Tamika took the leap and attended Nursing School at Lake-Sumter State College resulting in her becoming a registered nurse in 2011.

Tamika did not stop there. She has since obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2015 followed by her Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2018 from Chamberlain University. In 2022, Tamika received her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification after completing courses at Brenau University, where she is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Nursing. She was recently promoted to a position as a Trauma Nurse Practitioner with Wellstar. This Christian mother of two is dedicated to her purpose as a healer and community health advocate.

Jennifer Zuccarelli, M.D.

In April 2022, we interviewed Dr Jennifer Zuccarelli. We contracted with her to oversee our practice in order to satisfy the requirements set forth by the State of Georgia. Dr. Zuccarelli is board certified in Family Medicine since 2014. She graduated from the University of Miami with her bachelor’s degree in science in 2004. She then attended the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and graduated with her medical degree in 2011. She is the mother of 2 wonderful children and a proud veteran of the United States Army. Dr. Zuccarelli has been an amazing addition to our team.
